Cookie policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026Summary
ClaseAlDía uses a single technical session cookie, and only inside the app. The public website uses cookie-free statistics. That is why we don’t show a cookie banner.
Cookies we use
| Name | Where | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
cad_s | App (/app/) | Keeps you signed in. Technical and strictly necessary. | Up to 30 days or until you sign out |
It is a first-party cookie that doesn’t store your information in readable form, only a random identifier. It isn’t used for advertising or tracking.
Why there is no banner
Under the rules that apply in the UK (regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, PECR), in Ireland (the ePrivacy Regulations 2011, S.I. 336/2011) and in the rest of the EU (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive), consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service the user has asked for, such as keeping a session signed in. The cad_s cookie is one of those, so it is enough to inform you, which is what this page does. We use no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies.
Website statistics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a visit-measurement tool that, according to Cloudflare, doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t store data on your device and doesn’t build user profiles. We use it to know, in aggregate, which pages are visited.
Family portal
The family portal, opened from a personal link, doesn’t use cookies.
Third-party services
- Typeface: the Nunito Sans font is served from our own domain; it doesn’t connect to third-party servers.
- Stripe: when you pay for a subscription you are redirected to Stripe’s payment page, which is governed by its own policies and may use cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention.
How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the technical cad_s cookie, you won’t be able to stay signed in to the app.
Changes
If we use other cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent. If this page is translated and the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
