Billing questions
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, which processes the payment securely. ClaseAlDía never stores your card details. You subscribe from the app when you decide to, never before the trial ends.
What receipt will I get?
Stripe emails you a receipt for every subscription payment. If you need an invoice for the service for your accounts, write to hola@go4funnylife.com with your centre’s details.
Can I change plan?
Yes. From the app you can move up or down a plan and switch between monthly and annual at any time. When moving down, your pupil and tutor numbers must fit the new plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t subscribed, your account becomes read-only: you can view and export all your data but not record new attendance, fees or notices. If you subscribe later, everything is as you left it.
Is there a lock-in?
No. You cancel yourself from the app.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price you see includes VAT: £8, £20 and £42 a month in the UK, and €9, €24 and €49 a month in Ireland.
